25 July 2012: Intel compilers support for OS* X Mountain Lion:
Intel
compiler support for OS* X Mountain Lion and Xcode* 4.4 with SDK 10.8
will arrive in the next couple of months. AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO
OFFICIAL SUPPORT for this OS and Xcode combination.
There are
known issues with Xcode 4.4 integraton with Intel Composer XE 2011
SP1 for Mac OS* X Update 11 aka version 12.1.5.344 build 20120612 and
all older versions.
Is there any possibility of connection between this post and the fact that while trying to install both Fortran Composer XE f/Mac OS X and C++ Composer XE f/Mac OS X, I get the message:
"Could not run startup script.
Error while executing the startup script. Make sure that you have write permissions to /tmp folder and /Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/Intel/Licenses folder"
I suspect that not, but I would appreciate some help because I cannot even install the demonstration versions and I have registered the 2 licences since August 2012...
Hi @Gerard, I have the same problem on Mac OS X 10.7.4 and XCode 4.5 (Intel Composer 2013 Update 1).
Any solution for that?
