I get the following error when trying to launch an app built in XCode 3.1 and ICC 11.0.039:

Dyld Error Message:

Library not loaded: libiomp5.dylib

Referenced from: /Development/EIAS Project/EIAS Test/Camera.app/Contents/MacOS/Camera

Reason: image not found

I tried adding it to the project as well as putting a copy in the package. No soap.
