can I participate (student, no company, free application)?

Hello! I'm a student (from Romania) and I want to submit an application I've made, in order to join the contest (Developer Program Million Dolar Development Fund). I do not own any organisation and I'm not part of any (or any company). Therefore, I get the following message at my Dashboard: 'You Don't have any organizations, to add one please click on Add Organizations button'. So, what should I write to 'Organization Legal Name' field? Given the situation, can I submit my free application in order to participate? Here's a website I've made last days about my application, called Qwerty Quartet (I've changed the name, from 'Drums' to Qwerty Quartet because it was a too common word) (the website it is not finished yet): http://sites.google.com/site/qwertyquartet/ I also should underline that I want to submit a free application (not open source, but free), and I've used Intel® Atom™ Developer Program Beta SDK. Thank you for your interest in the Intel® Atom™ Developer Program.

You are correct. In order to join the program you need to have an organization. However if you do not belong to any company you have the option to create your own organization or join an existing organisation. In general, you can have your own organisation with only one member (you).

Yes we accept Free and Paid Applications. Free applications can also be open-source application. For open-source application there is no need to use the SDK. However if your application is not open-source you need to use the SDK and the supported runtimes/languages to develop your application so that it can go through the validation successfully.

Now I've joined the Developer Program, but did not submit the application yet. I will submit it in a few days, before 15th of April I hope :)
