I developped a sound software using SPL4.5, for which signal processing Delphi samples existed. Since I acquired IPP7.0, I was unable to use this librairy because of the new types for which no Pascal header translation exists. My main concern is IppsIIRState_*.

I can understand simple C langage, but not advanced C++ extensions used in IPP C++ samples. Therefore, I'm not able to do the translation myself. Could anybody help ?
