I'm trying to debug my code using idbc on Eclipse (Ubuntu 11.04), and I'm getting the following error message:
Assertion failed: "filename" ./src/st/src/pil_unrelocatedAddrToSource.C:629

I googled this message and could not find anything.

My ifort version is: 
ifort (IFORT) 12.1.0 20111011. 

I have no idea why this is suddently showing up. I have used this exact same configuration on the same machine for months and never had any problems with debugging until now.

Hello,

this is a problem in the debugger when reading debug information. As 12.x is not seeing any updates anymore I'd like to ask you to test the latest debugger from Intel(R) Composer XE 2013 Update 2 first (you can still use the 12.x Fortran compiler).
If you still face the same problem with the latest debugger it would help us to provide a small reproducer. Also provide the full error dump, as you already did, but for the newest debugger instead.
