Сразу хочется отметить, что энкодеры это не декодеры, предопределенных наборов видеопоследовательностей, на которых принято тестироваться, здесь нет, что с самого начала усложняет весь процесс. Но есть общеупотребимые, обычно именно на них доказывают превосходство одних кодеков (или их реализаций) над другими.
