Hello all, my name is Ivan Babic and I am studying Computer Science at Earlham College. This April, we are hosting Earlham College Hackathon sponsored by Intel. Our problem statement is “Use technology and the power of visualization + geocoding to show location specific long term climate trends.”

Scan the NFC tags around the booth (Easter Eggs) and you will receive a URL. Go to URL and answer 4 questions. Hand in your business card with the 4 digit code you receive after ticking the answers and you will enter the raffle Tuesday, April 9th at 16.30h and Wednesday, April 10th at 16.15h. The winner will randomly be chosen at the specified times. The winner needs to be present to win (no delegate).

A developer preview version of Android-IA OS has been released recently on 01.org (https://01.org/android-ia/downloads/2013/android-4.2.2r1-ia0), which includes Android 4.2.2, support for Linux Kernel 3.8, and dual boot support (Android/Win8) on UEFI systems. The new release of Android stack also adds support for signed kernel modules. This is a pre-alpha quality. It is buggy and not highly optimized. You have been warned.
