Problem Description : 

Opening Intel Composer XE help through the shortcut on "Help" menu of a non-Engilish Visual Studio 2010 will launch an IE window with 404 error message: "The topic you requested could not be found in local help".

The cause of the error is the incorrect locale value passed to the help documentation qurey URL.


Resolution Status : 

This is a defect that may be fixed in a future product update. Please use the shortcut to Intel Composer XE help under "Documentation" group on the Windows start menu to open the help documentation.
