A product I purchased is not showing up in registration center

If you have not registered your product yet, please register it with your serial number by following the instructions in this article.  You should be able to find your Intel® Software Development Products serial number in your purchase order email sent by your reseller. To find your Intel® Software serial number, see this article. After registration, log in Intel® Software Development Products Registration Center (IRC), and you will see the product in your account.  If you are prompted that the serial number has already been registered, it is possible that the serial number was registered under another IRC account.

If you have registered your product already, please log into IRC to see whether your product is already in your account or not.

If your serial number has been registered but the product isn't showing up in your IRC account, please go to ISN startup support forum to submit a private issue, with the serial number and your IRC login ID.  Make sure to mark it private, in order to protect your private information.  A startup support engineer will look into the issue for you.
