Taylor Kidd is an application engineer in Intel's Software Solutions Group at Intel in Hillsboro, Oregon. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego. He has worked as an academic, researcher and engineer over the course of his career. Prior to joining Intel, he did software development, software system architecture, and standards development in the area of Interactive Television for terrestrial, cable and satellite TV. He is currently working in Power Platform Enabling which develops tools and supports customers in the area of power efficiency for personal computer client applications.
