1. The SDKs here are not beta; they are released versions. FCC approval not required.
2. See the forums and other resources as to what the SDK is, including our new web based training.
3. The SDK does indeed have 32 bit binaries in these two libraries where they should be 64 bit. I have just made a forum post about this.
4. Sorry - we currently don't have any tools for Delphi.
