Flexlm installation error on Mac OS X v10.6 64-bit (Snow Leopard)

Problem :

As of November 2009, 11.1.076:  FlexLM server installation on Mac OS X Snow Leopard fails. 

Flexlm installation error on Mac OS X v10.6.1 64-bit (Snow Leopard):
*** Error: unknown platform: Darwin hostname.bogus.com 10.2.0 Darwin Kernel Version 10.2.0: Tue Nov 3 10:35:19 PST 2009; root:xnu-1486.2.11~1/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64

Resolution :

You should install patch: Install_INTEL.patch and retry Flexlm installation .

A fix for this problem is planned for a future release.
