How do I set up a support account?

If you have a serial number (except Intel® Parallel Studio):
1. Go to Intel® Software Development Products Registration Center.
2. Enter your email address in the confirm Email box(In the "Register Product" section, enter your email address in the "Email" box. BE SURE THIS IS A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, or you will not receive your email with the license and download instructions after registration).
3. Enter your serial number (format is xxxx-xxxxxxxx) in the "Serial Number" box.
Note: If you need help finding the serial number, click the Where can I find my serial number? link just aside the "Serial Number" box.
4. Click the Register Product button.
5. If you bought the product and are registering, you will skip directly to the next step. If you are evaluating a product, at the bottom of the next (Serial Number Information) page, click support account link and continue with the next step.
6. Provide your Name, Company Name and Country information.
7. Notice that your login ID defaults to your email address.
8. Enter a password in the "Password" box, and then enter it again in the "Re-enter password" box to verify you did not have a typing error.
9. Select a challenge question from the "Challenge Question" drop down list and provide a challenge answer in the "Challenge Answer" box. The challenge answer must be between 10 and 32 characters in length.
10. Click the Submit button.

If you have no serial number:
1. Go to the Intel® Evaluation Software Center and click on any product (except Intel® Parallel Studio).
2. Enter your email address in the "Email" box on the next screen.
3. At the bottom of the next (Serial Number Information) page, click on the support account link.
4. Provide your Name , Company Name and Country information.
5. Notice that your login ID defaults to your email address.
6. Enter a password in the "Password" box. Then enter it again in the "Re-enter password" box to verify you did not have a typing error.
7. Select a challenge question from the "Challenge Question" drop down list and provide a challenge answer in the "Challenge Answer" box. The challenge answer must be between 10 and 32 characters in length.
8. Click the Submit button.

A support account will be then created for you after that. This account also works for Intel(R) Software Network Forum.

Note: Beta product customers get support accounts by default when registering their products.
