After discussing with my colleague Robert W Reed, from Step 3 - we might modify project's property page - put EXE full path in "Debugging/Command", and set "Working Directory" for DLL directory. Thus, we don't need to do Step 5 (manually copy all EXE/DLL files...). The other benefits are to simplify step 3-5, and the particular advantage is not have to continually recopy updated DLL files after rebuilding.
