      <description><![CDATA[ There are lot of things, what could be done using FFT. it's interesting, can a modern processor (I do not mean graphic accelerator with 128 kernels like nVidia G8800) perform 50 FFT per a second for an image approximatelly 1024x1024 (screen size)? if so, some cool effects could be realized in real time. One may download PaintingPen and PaintingPenDemo from my site http://www.smartfills.com, where gradient fills is realized with 2D FFT. http://www.smartfills.com/Html/PhotoToPicture.zip is availible too, this one converts a photo to something like a picture and resizes it up to 893%.
