Heal
Intel® Active Management Technology (AMT) has built-in manageability features that provide out-of-band management capabilities to allow IT to remotely heal systems after OS failures. Systems can be diagnosed and re-booted remotely, reducing the need for on-site visits.
| Remote Diagnosis, Remote Repair | Help IT administrators remotely diagnose and repair problems with client machines regardless of the system state thus reducing the need for on-site visits. |
| Remote Diagnosis, Local Repair | Reduce technician desk side visits by remotely diagnosing an issue and determining the make and model information of the client out-of-band, thus reducing troubleshooting hours and user downtime. |
