Thank you for your interest in the Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) High-level API Technology.
Introduction
Introduction to the High-level API Intel Management Library Technology
The High Level API (HLAPI), provides an interface for developing applications that work with systems equipped with Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT).
The advantage of the HLAPI is that it is an easy-to-use and easy-to-understand API that is backward compatible with all versions of Intel AMT, starting with Release 2.0 – including those systems that do not support the WS-Management API.
The library is written in C#, for Microsoft Windows* systems, and is intended to be complementary to the Intel® AMT SDK.
The library requires that the Microsoft* .NET Framework 3 is installed.
Supported Features:
This release supports the following features, which have been through complete validation cycles on all supported versions:
- Hardware Asset
- Power and boot operations
- Redirection (SOL and IDER)
- Agent Presence local and remote
- Alarm Clock
- System Defense
- Get the Intel AMT and host FQDN
Configuration Settings:
- KVM administration
- Access Control List Management
- Time synchronization
Support for Events:

- PET event listener
- WS-Event subscription
- WS-Event listener
- Simplification of the events subscription API
The library also supports COM interfaces for the following features:
- Power
- Redirection
- KVM Setup

Many bugs in the previous version were fixed.
The API download includes C# samples for all features. There are also JavaScript samples that demonstrate the COM interfaces.

Hi Ashish, Unfortunately, not at this time. We are looking into the popularity of the current package (C#) and then we will see if there is a big demand for other languages and then, of course, which one to do next if there is a demand. |

Hi, do you have any plans to release updated AMT .Net package any time soon? It's been 5 months since the technology preview was released. |
