Problem :
Intel Compilers rebuilds all source files.
Environment :
Windows.
Root Cause :
The main cause for this is the updates.
Resolution :
Many of them are facing this problem of recompiling/rebuilding all the source files with Intel Compilers even if one of the source file have been modified. So Intel development team have come up with the "Workaround" for this problem:-
1.In your Windows OS goto:- "ControlPanel -->Programs and Features --> Installed updates.
2.In the Installed updates window we can see all the updates that are installed.
3.Try to uninstall "KB2507938"(Ctrl+f -->search for the name) if SP1 is not installed.
4.Try to uninstall "KB2567680"(Ctrl+f --> search for the name) if SP1 is installed.
5.Restart the computer and now it should work!
Note:-This is just a Workaround and our engineering team is trying to find out the exact problem.
