Software Tuning and Threading Self Paced Lab

The lab room is open for you to come in when you can and stay as long as you want! It is full of computers with Intel Software Products pre-loaded including Intel® compilers, Performance Libraries, threading runtime libraries and analysis tools. Come try out OpenMP*, Intel® Threading Building Blocks (Intel® TBB), Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives (Intel® IPP). Each system has a variety of coding exercises to help you learn the concepts. Intel Technical Consulting Engineers will be on hand to respond to your questions.

SPECIAL - Just for Academic Community: Multi-core Programming Roundtable -Wednesday, August 20,  5:00 pm - 5:50 pm, Room 2010
This special session is for the academic community that attend the Software Tuning and Threading Self Paced Lab and the sessions listed above. If you are implementing a multi-core programming curriculum at your institution, join the roundtable to discuss your thoughts and communicate your needs for curriculum modification and development in order to educate the next generation of developers.
