I am excited by the possibilities offered by Mash Maker for a new generation of museums across the world, where digitised material is made available to "the masses", with expert interpretation. The potential with regard to education in world citizenship is considerable.

I'm pretty psyched about this tool. I had a similar idea for allowing people at my company who aren't technically inclined to combine data base results into meaningful analysis without waiting for a developer to do it for them. This tool will help me explain how powerful mashups are and how easy they can be to set up.
Looking forward to getting my invite.

i've no sound in these vidoe files.
difficult to unterstand, what's going on.
i'ld prefer a 'very simple' first sample,
which anybody can use as a 'start' to get involved in the topic...

I also had trouble with the sound. I think it has to do with WMP and Firefox. We're trying this out on Firefox which may hog the sound stage depending on which application gets opened first, and which OS is supported at your company.

The author confirmed that it's not a bug -- these videos actually have no audio.
