Hey guys, I have a few questions. Okay well i dropped out of school and i was wondering if there was a way i could learn this without a G.e.D but however is there a way i could do it with small instructions and move on to greater things? I am interested in learning C++ and the ways of a gamer. If you could reply back with a great comment that would be most appreciated Sincerely, Shane |

Hi guys, Thank you so much for the input. Raovallab, VTU has an excellent program. I encourage you to see what they have to offer. Your best bet is to pursue that locally. Please keep talking to us on the Academic Community site and let us know how your studies progress. Shane, You set yourself considerable challenges by pursuing a career in game development without a degree. I would strongly encourage you to get your GED, and then enroll at least in a community college to study programming formally. C++ is a challenging subject that benefits from time with a expert teacher as well as time together with your fellow students working on problem sets, projects and the like. Let us know what you do! Fatih, Thank you very much for your interest. Please look at the resources on our site and do not hesitate to contact me with questions, concerns, ideas or praise ;-) Thank you all. Paul |
