Customers who purchase Intel® Parallel Studio or any of its individually available components (Intel® Parallel Composer, Intel® Parallel Amplifier, or Intel® Parallel Inspector) will have access to Intel’s renowned support through our new community forums. However, some customers may want private, encrypted communication with Intel regarding issues they may have with Intel Parallel Studio or any of its components.
To address this need, Intel has implemented the Intel® Parallel Studio Technical Support Incident (also called “Studio TSI”). When a customer purchases a Studio TSI, they will have private encrypted access to our Premier Support Team in order to deal with one issue. Once that issue has been closed and that customer would like to have the same kind of communication on another issue, they must purchase another Studio TSI.
Studio TSIs can only be used for issues with Intel Parallel Studio and its components. Studio TSIs cannot be used for any other Intel product. Owners of other Intel® Software products who have access to Intel® Premier Support cannot use that support for issues regarding Intel Parallel Studio or its components.
A Studio TSI can only be used with one version of Intel Parallel Studio or any one of its individual components – the version that the customer owns at the time of purchasing the Studio TSI.
The Studio TSI is not license-dependent. It can be purchased and used with any current Intel Parallel Studio or component license.
