Intel® Thread Checker - Where do I get a license file?

If you purchased the Intel® Thread Checker on a CD, the license is included on the CD in the top-most level folder.

If you obtained this product electronically from the Web or if you are using an evaluation version, please refer to the email sent to you after you requested this product. Once you receive this product, you also automatically get access to Intel® Thread Profiler.

Note: Purchasers of the CD may also register.
