Paul Besl

Dr. Paul Besl has authored numerous papers, book chapters, and a book, and has been with Intel since August 2005. Paul is currently a Software Engineering Manager of HPC CAE application engineers in SSG/DRD and also works on MIC.

Before joining Intel, Paul held various positions at General Motors, Alias|wavefront, SDRC, Bendix Aerospace, and Arius3d, and has worked in the areas of CAD/CAM, visualization, 3d color scanning & processing, and nuclear physics. Paul received a distinguished dissertation award for his Ph.D. work in Computer, Information, and Control Engineering department at the University of Michigan in 1986.


Rama Malladi

Rama Malladi

Rama Malladi is a Senior Application Engineer with the Software and Services Group at Intel in Bangalore. He works with various software developers and HPC end-users to enable their applications for the latest Intel processors and platforms, with a primary focus on performance optimization. Rama has been working at Intel since 2004 supporting Intel Software Tools, and porting/ tuning of HPC, Server applications for Intel architecture. Rama pursued his Master of Science studies in Electrical Engineering from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, USA and undergraduate studies in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India.

Ludmilla Pakhomova

Ludmila Pakhomova

Ludmila Pakhomova is a Senior Software Engineer in VTune (Performance tools) team. She has been working at Intel, Nizhny Novgorod, Russia since 2003. Before joining Intel, Ludmila worked in several companies as a programmer; the most important was Motorola Corporation. Ludmila graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University the faculty of Radio Physics and Cybernetic in Nizhny Novgorod.
