Upon registering your copy of the Intel® Trace Analyzer and Collector and opting in to technical support, you can download the product immediately or log into the Intel® Registration Center site at any time.

After logging into the Intel Registration Center:

  1. Select "Intel® Trace Analyzer and Collector for Linux*/Windows*" from the product list.
  2. Download the Full Product.
