Problem Description : When an explicit PROGRAM statement is not provided for a program unit the listing of the source file created by "-list" option will not contain the symbol cross-reference info of the main program.
Workaround is to add a PROGRAM statement to the program unit.
Resolution Status : This is a defect that may be fixed in a future product update.
