      <description><![CDATA[ Nice instructions for NumPy. 

A correction, for versions 12.x compiler for Linux: 

Unlike the 11.x compilers, the version 12.x Intel C compilers for Linux do not have any *lapack* libraries separately from the mkl libraries (except for the scalapack and lapack95 libraries, which are not relevant here). The fix: simply have this line in file site.cfg (copy of sete.cfg.example of the Numpy distribution)
