HI, I renewed the license for R4BB-PMG55CB9 on September 10, 2012 and am getting notices that my license will expire on December 5, 2012. The renewal should have been for one year.
By the way, this is a terrible way to have to ask a question about my renewal. Do you people have phone numbers?
I purchased a pre-expiry license support renewal and registered it, I never received an email with the updated expiry date - when I logged in and look at my license file it still shows the old expiry date (file didn't update) as I would have expected. How do I get my license files updated?
My license expiry date is today, Feb 12. When I click on the link to renew my license with the pre-expiry discount, I got the message
"Your Support service has expired on 12 Feb 2013." Does the license expire at noon? I would have forgotten about it if I hadn't set a reminder in my calendar, but I wouldn't expect it to expire until midnight.
How do I get the pre-expiry discount on my renewal?
