NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. ‘Voice of the Community on the Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) developer tools’ will be held from 9am PST on 28th August, 2007 to 5pm PST 23rd October, 2007 2007. All entries received before 5pm PST on 23rd October, 2007 will be accepted. Employees of Intel Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families are excluded from the contest.
Residents of those countries under U.S. embargo, including Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria, are NOT ELIGIBLE.

Participants will need to complete and submit 50 - 100 words describing their feedback on the Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) Software Develpment Kit (SDK) and/ or Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) Developer Tool Kit (DTK) on the electronic form provided at www.intel.com/software/voices.
Participants are invited to enter up to a maximum of 5 entries per participant.
All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. No royalties or fees will be paid for adoption of ideas into Intel Technology.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, or due to lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, postage due or misdirected mailed entries. Sponsor not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by persons entered at the web site or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest or utilized in the promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this promotion.

Selection of winners:
On or around 24th October, 2007, a total of 5 entries will be selected by a panel of Intel judges based on relevance, applicability and impact to the Intel® AMT SDK and/ or Intel® AMT DTK. In addition, 5 entries finishing as the top community vote tabulation on 24th October, 2007 will be selected.
Names of these 10 entries will be displayed on the Manageability Developer Community on Intel® Software Network. Winners will also be notified on e-mail within 7 days of declaration of the winners.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name and/or likeness on the Web site for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation.
Prize winners must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 5 days by return prepaid Federal Express overnight noti fication or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner fails to claim or accept prize within five calendar days of notification, disqualification may result and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes and Odds:
The 5 entries finishing as the top community vote tabulation after 5 weeks on 24th October, 2007, will each receive one (1) $50 USD American Express or Visa gift card. LIMIT ONE AMERICAN EXPRESS GIFT CARD OR VISA CARD PER PERSON. On 24th October, 2007, a panel of judges will also choose 5 entries, and their work profiled on the Intel® Software Network site. Each of these 5 winning entries will receive one (1) $100 USD American Express or Visa gift card. ONE AMERICAN EXPRESS GIFT CARD OR VISA CARD PER PERSON.
Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative or prize substitution is available and that the sponsor reserves the right to substitute cash or a similar prize of equal or greater value should the prize be generally unavailable.
Prizes won by a minor will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received
The winner accepts responsibility for all federal, state and local taxes and fees in connection with the prize. Intel does not provide any warranty on the prize.
Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Intel and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, prize suppliers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or acceptance or use of prize.

If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest or download ing any materials in this Contest.
