What information should I include when reporting an issue with the Intel® Parallel Inspector?

When discussing an issue in a forum post , please be prepared to provide the following information:

• If Intel® Parallel Inspector crashes, it should present the following dialog and create a problem_report.zip file. Please upload the file to the forum post .

• Information about product logs and system information. To send this information, from the command prompt, execute the following commands and upload the file to the forum post or send it to an Intel(R) Engineer:
    cd C:\Program Files\Intel\Inspector\2009\bin32
    insp-feedback.exe <filename>.zip
