The photo core transform (PCT) is a lossless nonlinear 4x4 transform operation inspired by a 4x4 DCT. The PCT is defined on integers and is involutary lossless operation on image in the space that is restored by the inverse operation from its transformed copy. The entire 4x4 PCT transform process consists of cascade of 2×2 Hadamard 2D transforms combined with 1D and 2D rotate operations.
