How to identify if your software project is doomed?

I happen to across this awesome list "101 ways to know your software project is doomed". I initially read this post as daily humor, but unfortunately I have personally experienced at least a  couple of these items (~10) during my 12+ years working in the software field. I am sure as a developer you must have experienced some of these signals in the list too? What is your favorite? I wonder how many of these are really true stories ..
