If you want to give a killer-demo to the decision-maker of your organization with a strong visual impact, and be able to switch between single core and multi-core, serial and parallel codes during the demo, the best solution is Smoke and Destroy the Castle Demos. - One Intel Quad-core Xeon or Core2 Quad Processor ( in my case: Xeon x3360
- processorDiscrete Graphic Card Nvidia 8800 or above ( In our case, Nvidia 9800)
- Vista 32-bits Enterprise SP1
- Microsoft DirectX SDK Summer 2008 edition
- Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

- Install Thread Checker tcheck3.1_009_win (30 days free trail or Academic community membership program).
Run Smoke Demo
Download and install smoke demo is relatively easy. There are two packages that you can choose from: The full Smoke Package (400MB includes .NET and DirectX) or the lit Smoke Package (130MB user install the latest .NET and direct themselves).
The graphic demonstration will provide the most appealing convincing power. The table below provides a summary of the graphic demo:
