Overview: Intel at GCD Europe 2011, Cologne, Germany

In a few days the Game Developers Conference Europe (GDCE) 2011 will start in Cologne, Germany. This is the most important European event for game developers and Intel is proud to be a silver sponsor during this game conference.

So don‘t miss to visit our stand, Number 150, where you can meet Intel experts around game development and more. Here some details on Intel’s tech sessions:

On Monday, 5:40- 6:30 pm (CET), Leigh Davies will talk about optimizing task-based games for multicore systems. You can join this 4th level-session in Nördliches Sitzungszimmer.

On Tuesday, 9:30 - 10:20 am (CET), Levent Akyil will enter the stage to give a lecture on „Hotspot Flops & Micro-Ops“. The 4th level-session will take place at Südliches Sitzungszimmer.

On Tuesday, 5.40 – 6.30 pm (CET), Philipp Gerasimov will show how software engineers of the action title "Darkspore" could optimize their game for notebooks by using Intel GPA. This 4th level-session will also take place at Südliches Sitzungszimmer.
