APPRENTICE LEVEL

Are you just getting started with parallel programming? Are you looking for a way to perfect your threading skills? If you answered yes to either of these questions and you like to compete against others, then this is the place for you.

The "Apprentice Level" gives any level of developer an opportunity to participate and to develop their threading skills! So, if you are a novice at threading, or just looking for ways to improve your skills, you have come to the right place!

Monday, April 18, 2011 - Get ready for Threading Challenge 2011 to begin

For Threading Challenge 2011, you have the option to take advantage of the Intel® Manycore Testing Lab to develop, test and validate your code using the latest hardware and software in a remote 40-core (80-thread) development environment.
There is no requirement to use the Intel Manycore Testing Lab for any part of the contest, it is an option being made available to those that wish to use it.

For more details on the Intel Manycore Testing Lab and how to apply for an account on the machine, see the Threading Challenge 2011 contest home page or click here to send an email to request an account.

See problem boxes below for dates they will be open for participation!

*NOTE: You can only participate on one level (Apprentice or Master) and in one problem at a time, so if this is not the right level for you, then check out our "Master Level" problem area! For more details, see the Contest Rules HERE!

GOOD LUCK!
