This is Dhaval Shah. I am student at San Jose State University.

I want to install Intel C OpenMP Compiler and also want to install Intel thread analyzer for detecting data race condition. What are the steps I need to follow for that? I want to use it for 3 months.

Also, can I know where intel thread checker do not detect race condition?

I would be very grateful if you could help me with one or more of these questions.

- I have had some experience in web design codes (HTML, CSS, etc.), but I have not learned any programming codes.  What programming language would be best to start with?

- I enjoy learning through reading.  Are there any particular books or authors you would recommend?

- I am currently finishing planning my last year of high school.  Are there any subjects I should emphasis?

- I know math is extremely important, and I have taken Geometry and Algebra I and II.  What should I take now?

- What is the most important advice you would give to someone just starting out in college?

Are you writing a book on parallel computing or developing courses encompassing concurrency? Would you like to present this material in a live 50 minute webcast? The audience will be this worldwide academic community.

This would not be a face-to-face webcast, you as the presenter would simply present material (e.g. PowerPoint) and use VOIP for audio – a web-cam could also be used, therefore a good Internet connection would be expected - no travel would be required, you can deliver your presentation from your office

I think many of you have some "stock" material that you can easily share with this community in a live webcast.

Let me know your thoughts or questions.
