How do I use MPI Cluster Debugger?

I'm using Intel Visual Fortran 11.0.074 within Visual Studio 2008, with Windows XP and MPI from Microsoft Compute Cluster Pack.

How do I switch on the MPI Cluster Debugger with Fortran?

I can use the MPI debugger easily with my C++ code, but can't see how to switch it on for Fortran.

Many thanks for any advice.
