Reinstalling CVF 6.6.0 Error

I try to uninstall CVF and then reinstall it. But have a problems(see Figure 1 and 2). I tryed to Create folder manually but there is no effect...

Maybe you do not have the required pivileges to create the directory. Does your system require you to run as an administrator when installing software?
