Q&A: Porting Applications to Linux* Standard Base Made Easy

This is a question received by Intel(R) Software Network Support, followed by a response supplied by the author of the article being discussed:

    Q.  I read Rajesh Banginwar's and Nilesh Jain's article Porting Applications to Linux* Standard Base Made EasyAny chance of expanding "Step 1" of the porting Lesstif to LSB explanation? I need to get Lesstif or OpenMotif compiled under LSB so that I can get another app compiled which needs it.

    A.  The patch for lesstif is available hereAlso, the ported library version was 0.93.94 as seen from the patch.

Also, feel free to take a look at lsb.freestandards.org for more information.
