Havok License Question regarding Managed C++

I was looking over the License Agreement and noticed that section 4(b) states we can't create derivative works for the purpose of interoperability. Does that mean that we can't create any managed C++ libraries for use with C# and XNA?

Also, if so is their any other method to use Havok in C#?

Re: Havok License Question regarding Managed C++

    Hi tmoe,

There have been several threads about integrating with C#. It might be helpful to take a look at this forum post: http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/showthread.php?t=59935. Searching for something like C# in this forum might also give some good results.

    Thanks,
    Sean
