I am installing on WindowsXP Pro 32bit VMWare machine.
VS Studio 2008

Providing 4 of the i7 cores and 3Gb memory.

It doesnt matter if I use the lic file emailed to me or the lic code emailed to me, I get the same failures.

Hi Mark,

Were you trying to install Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE? Please kindly let me know the error message you saw, as well as your serial number (orattach your license file in this thread). Please make sure to mark this private when uploading license file or posting serial number.
