Primer for Fortran and XCODE 4.1

Is there a primer for setting up Fortran within XCODE 4.1. I am new to both XCODE and Intel FORTRAN? I am experience with FORTRAN on IBM MVS and am moving applications to MACs to save money on maiframe license fees.
