Sorry, if this is not the right place to ask.

I'm trying to understand Skyrim's behaviors by looking into HBT 6.6.0.Thingsare so well documented and easy to follow.

But what I just can't find out is how I can open the "Behavior File Reference Editor". Where is this connected to. I tried everything I can think of....
