I want to download a Fortran compiler to a new computer.
It says it does not have that.
How do I get it?
Is it a purchase item? From who?

I think .NET Framework 4.0 can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17718.

If framework 4.0 doesn't work, try previous versions and then install framework 4.0.
