The copyright notice in the ittnotify.h header distributed with VTune is very restrictive; should I infer from this that I cannot distribute a binary that has been linked to libittnotify.lib? Or, to put it differently, can I distribute binaries that have been linked to libittnotify.lib?

All APIs in ittnotify.h are designedtotune your application's performance, there is no necessary tocompile APIs code for your final release, and libittnotify.lib shouldnot be linked into release version.

This is my personal opinion.
