Hi Sergey,
Sorry to make you wait so long. I was waiting to hear back from someone. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to have been any special modifications done on the library. It was just downloaded from the website. A new revision of the library is being included in the 8.0 SDK but it is the same as what is currently available from the libxml2 website. You might want to download their new version and try that.
