We do not have any restrictions that would be needed for output file. So, you can assume none.

Yes, that would work as long as you indicate the sets for which the solution corresponds.

But the problem clearly states "Order of output sets must be the same as the input set order".
I for one have invested a fair bit of time making sure this restriction was met. Removing this restriction now, i think, would be unfair...
