vtune ; activity : Sampling Wizard

I want to create an activity in \\"Sampling Wizard\\" but I can not and a dialog box titled \\"Sampling Wizard Error\\" appears to me with the following message: \\"Can't create activity\\".

Please someone has an idea?

I used VTune Performance An 9.1.0
