6.1 IPP nice boost for i7 processors

I have been using IPP for rapid decoding of a video streams and saw decent performance on i7 but I am seeing better throughput now with 6.1 allowing for some higher FPS rates over multiple streams. Now that it is avaliable seperate from parellel studio certainly a lot easier to have developers pickup.
