Need help regarding Xen installation in linux

I have a server with Xeon processor, in which i have installed Windows Server 2003. I wanted to install Xen Server 3.3.0 version. I came to know that Xen can be installed only through linux. So I installed Ubuntu Linux. Can any one help me in "how to install Xen".

A key reference on Xen is the Xen Open Source community wiki at http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/ This includes a Xen installation section -- documentation, howto's, FAQs, etc. Each flavor of Linux may be a little different in some particulars. I suggest you also look for documentation on Xen at Ubuntu's site. Here's the link: http://www.ubuntu.com/
